Happy Endings
Good Friends are really hard to find, they gotta be there for you, even when you're wrong but at the same time, they can't just tell you what you wanna hear. They've also gotta be willing to tell you what you need to hear, that's the real reason true love's so hard to find, because the basis of love is friendship, and friendship is really, really rare
Another HIMYM fave!
“OK, yes it’s a mistake. I know it’s a mistake, but there are certain things in life where you know it’s a mistake but you don’t really know it’s a mistake because the only way to really know it’s a mistake is to make the mistake and look back and say ‘yep, that was a mistake.’ So really, the bigger mistake would be to not make the mistake, because then you’d go your whole life not knowing if something is a mistake or not.”- Lily

Nothing is permanent except change
I am on sick leave for a week, due to high fever and my tonsils. Funny thing is there's a lot of changes that will take effect when I get back. First, change of team, second, since my team will change I will have different team mate's. Third , will be a different boss. Honestly, within 7 mos in RMQA, this will be my 3rd team, and for me I hate it. Come on, where's the love?? Maybe I am so attached with my current team, and sad to say i am
not there tonight. I feel so down, like nothing ia going right, I am all set on applying as an immigrant for Canada in this consultancy, but since I need a lot of money and proof of funds, my friend suggested we take a different route, I've paid like 20% already or now you're telling me that..This sucks, Bigtime! I hope I can still keep myself in track, because I felt like giving up, maybe this is not for me.. :(

Changes
"Change is inevitable, growth is intentional". Just this week, a lot of changes will take place. Effective February 20 some of our team members will move to a different function. We did not expect to happen this way, we all know that we are overstaffed but I guess no matter how you expect things to happen , in the end it will still caught you by surprise. I just felt sad, I will miss my team mates, they are not just my teammate's they are also my friends. Been with them for almost 7 months. I can't really help myself regarding being attached with my team, I value my friends, and I also believe that no matter how hard your work is, if you have friends in the office , they can make your work environment lighter. We all hoped that we will have the same schedule so we wont miss each other that much, but we can just hope for it, in the end, our boss will still have the last say on it.

Can't wait to watch this movie this weekend! Few similarities with Drew Barrymore's - 50 First Dates, I know the story is a lot different, it's just that in 50 First Dates, Drew Barrymore got involved in a car accident as well, which causes short term memory loss, she can only remember those people, events , everything that happen to her before the accident, otherwise she will need to be reminded of everything that happened after the accident, except this movie is more of drama unlike 50 First Dates, Will post my insights right after I watch this movie..
3 more days before the weekend.

Back in NetP
After almost 7 months of staying in Philam, I am back here in NetPlaza. I love the fact that all my friends are here however I find it easier to travel from my house to Makati, unlike my travel from house to Fort Bonifacio. But I love it here in Net Plaza , I am able to see my friends from Customer Care, the only thing is conflict on our schedules. I work from 7:30pm- 4:30am while there schedule is from 12 midnight to 9:00am. Aside from the fact that there's free wifi in the 7th floor(though, I don't really need it because I have unlimited internet with globe through my phone, :) There are lot of food options too, more available stations, and computer's are faster. I just hope and I'm actually praying for it, that my schedule will change to mid-shift (2:30pm-11:30pm), been in the graveyard shift for the past 6 years, and change of schedule will really help a lot.. :)
Happy Tuesday everyone. Good Vibes!

What a Monday!
Monday! most hated day of the week. Maybe because of a weekend hangover. Now last night is a very busy day, we got more than 1000 loans that we need to audit, with an SLA of 24 hrs(all loans needs to be reviewed within 24 hrs), whew, I would say good luck! I only got to finished just a few, still adjusting with the new process, which if you'll get used to it, it's much easier, I got trained last friday an hour before the shift ends, last night was my "pilot day". Plus the fact that I had a lot of things going on, I needed this documents for my purpose of Migrating to Canada, which I requested 01/26/2012, which until now is still not being resolved, I did an official follow up with email today, but to my surprise, one of the person's I've sent it to, deleted my email without reading it, now I know why I am not getting any updates about it, good thing is I included a read receipt in my email. With all of the changes and chaos that has been going on, I'm sorry but I have to day this, It really sucks, BIG TIME! At first I wanted to report it directly to someone higher, but then after all the advice that I got from my friends, I decided to give it one last try. It's just sad to think that of all people, she will do that to me, I might be nobody to her but a little respect would be much appreciated. I just hope that she wont experience that with other people. It just make me think how rude she is, that I even think she is not doing her job and that the least she can do is respect other people. Now I read a tweet from Angelina Jolie saying "No no I get it. You can ignore me, but when I ignore you, it's a big deal" , which got me thinking, If I will be the ignoring her, it's really a big deal. I just pray for this person, that she wont be treated like what she do to others, after all, Karma is just around.
Now another day has ended, I'm looking forward to you TUESDAY, I know you will be fun, Bring it on!
Good Night Everyone! ;)

Just watched this a few hrs ago, it's my 2nd movie watched for 2012. Just like Journey to the Center of the Earth, it's a must see family adventure movie, I love the cast too, The Rock and Charlotte from Sex and The City (though her scene's are minimal, more of a cameo role) Josh Hutcherson, no more a kid.. Gorgeous Vanessa Hudgens and the funny Luis Guzman. Though I like Brendan Fraser too as part of the cast, nevertheless, I liked this movie. Imagine a mysterious island sinked in the Pacific Ocean, an island where all small animals became big and then vice versa, I find the elephants cute(because in the movie they are small, just like a cat and dog) it's definitely one hell of an adventure..
Will I Recommended this movie? YES! Two Thumbs Up!
Now, Who's up for an adventure? =)

Drama, Horror, Art House & International, Mystery & Suspense, Science Fiction & Fantasy
Watched this last Thursday - 020212, I like the concept of this movie, except the "found footage scene", this movie is entertaining, I was always a fan of supernatural powers, which is why I love tv shows like Heroes, Supernatural, Misfits , etc. Few minutes of the movie was a little bit slow, and maybe if they added more twist in the story, like different supernatural powers, all three of them are identical, they can fly and move objects, maybe if one of them have the power to read minds or maybe regenerate, it will be more interesting, but overall it was good.
Will I recommend this movie? NO, the movie is good, but I guess just like any supernatural or sci-fi movie, I wanted to see more..after all it's a fantasy movie.. =)

Best Dad!
I love my dad so much! He is not perfect but he do his best at all time to be a best dad and mom. My mother died when I was 9 years old, and I'm turning 28 this year,, so imagine how hard it for my dad to make sure that me and my 2 other sibling's grow up with good values and good education, 2 of us both graduated in college, 1 more to go.. I may not be able to say this personally, but papa you are the most understanding person I've ever known, had our up's and down in our family, we are not perfect but we manage to be together as one, all four of us. Thank you for everything and sorry for all my shortcoming's. I love you so much papa! :)

My Weekend!
What a weekend! it's my most awaited time of the week, but guess what I got a fever, on top of it all things didn't go out as planned. My agenda for this weekend is to enroll for an IELTS review, but since I am not feeling well, I slept almost the whole day. Someone promised to accompany me there, but of course, all forgotten. This week is actually a HELL week for me, ongoing rapid changes in the office, with the confusion and chaos, I'm lucky I was able to make it the whole week, this was including 2 days being on leave.Just thankful this week is almost over. You really can't have it all, there will always be these downtime's in life, you just need to know how to deal with it. I just hope next week will be different, oh I'm sure it will be.. =)
Happy Weekend Everyone! Cheers..

My Hunnies Wedding! 111211
November 11, 2011 was a very special day for one of my best girlfriend's, that was her wedding day. I haven't seen her for almost 6 yrs, we stayed in touch only through text, facebook and sometime's through ym. Nevertheless, it was indeed a blast, all four of us got reunited. :)
Witnessed the love story of Hunny Milen and her husband Ahyan since college days, it has been a roller coaster rider, but in the end their love for each other bind them as one.

The Mediterranean Diet and Good Health
1950’s researchers discovered that people living in the Mediterranean regions which included Crete, Southern Italy and other countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea had an adult life expectancy that was among the highest in the world. It was also found out that coronary heart disease, certain cancers and other diet-related chronic diseases in this region were also the lowest in the world.
With further research, it turns out that all this good health could be attributed to dietary patterns. Traditional Mediterranean diets have these characteristics in common:
- Variety of Plant Foods (Fruits, Vegetables, Breads, Beans, Nuts and Seeds)
- Olive Oil as the Main Source of Fat
- Low to Moderate Amounts of
- Fish and Poultry
- Dairy Products (mostly cheese and yogurt)
- Eggs
- Wine, normally consumed with meals
- Small Amounts of Red Meat
- Primarily Fresh Fruit for Dessert and Low Consumption of Sweets
It is important to remember, though, that other factors can affect these benefits. For example, physical activity could definitely be a huge factor as well.
Being a Type 2 Diabetic and someone who has a polycystic ovary syndrome, this is really a big help.

Do not give up
I agree! If you really wanted something, you need to be patient. There are times that I really wanted to just stop and forget everything, this is one of the quotes that make me think and look back on what I had already achieved and just go on.

Anawangin Getaway
TOUCHDOWN!
Last March 18, 2011, my team mates decided to go for a overnight adventure in Anawangin, Zambales this was right after our shift, so imagine without sleep and almost 6hrs drive, it was very tiring. But then again, once we reach this place, it was all worth it. We paid almost 2thousand for everything, that includes van(two way), food and tent. We arrive around 1pm, we waited for the food to be cooked , set aside our things and we went straight to the beach. Oh by the way, I almost forgot to mention, they call this place a virgin island, no electricity, no cellular signal. We bathe just beside the water pump, after all it's just beside the beach. So if you want a stress free weekend getaway, you might wanna consider this place.

Lost..
When you're lost in those woods, it sometimes takes you a while to
realize that you are lost. For the longest time, you can convince
yourself that you've just wandered off the path, that you'll find your
way back to the trail head any moment now. Then night falls again and
again, and you still have no idea where you are, and it's time to admit
that you have bewildered yourself so far off the path that you don't
even know from which direction the sun rises anymore.”

Anonymous
Set in the political snake-pit of Elizabethan England, Anonymous speculates on an issue that has for centuries intrigued academics and brilliant minds such as Mark Twain, Charles Dickens, and Sigmund Freud, namely: who actually created the body of work credited to William Shakespeare? Experts have debated, books have been written, and scholars have devoted their lives to protecting or debunking theories surrounding the authorship of the most renowned works in English literature. Anonymous poses one possible answer, focusing on a time when scandalous political intrigue, illicit romances in the Royal Court, and the schemes of greedy nobles lusting for the power of the throne were brought to light in the most unlikely of places: the London stage. -- (C) Sony Pictures
